Exchange & Returns Policy

At Simply Deen, we want you to receive the correct item as quickly as possible, especially during busy periods leading up to Ramadan and Eid.

Due to high demand, the quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the correct size or product and return the original item to us for a refund.

This ensures you receive your replacement quickly without waiting for the exchange process.

Returns Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

To return an item, fill in the returns form you have received with your order and send it back to the address on the returns slip along with any items you want to return. Buyer will need to pay for return postage costs.

If return items are not in their original packaging or if packaging is damaged, it will incur a £3.99 repackaging fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Simply Deen cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take upto 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to show on your account.
